In line with Ultimate Software's campaign, How You Treat People Changes Everything, we crafted three videos to raise awareness and inspire action for International Women's Day. We devised a split narrative approach, juxtaposing a pair of male and female professionals with equal qualifications who diverge to reveal a shocking 33% differential in pay.
